Service Scope
YuyuVPN provides subscriptions for cross-border access and network acceleration, covering 90+ countries and 170+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Get clients and subscription details through the user panel. iOS download eligibility is determined by the information shown there. Available regions and routes are subject to what the panel displays.
The service provides network connectivity; it does not provide accounts, memberships, or content licenses for third-party websites. When accessing international websites, users must still comply with each platform’s terms. A route’s listed region does not guarantee that a platform will make particular content available, nor does it guarantee ongoing access to any specific website.
Accounts and Subscriptions
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need. Keep your login details and subscription link secure. Do not publish your subscription, transfer your account to others, or resell, rent, or share the service. Subscription links can be used to access your account. If one is exposed, check your user panel promptly and contact support for help.
Unlimited simultaneous connections are available for devices owned and managed by the same user; this does not allow multiple people to share an account or permit resale as a business. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Acceptable Use
You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with the laws and regulations where you are located and where you use the service, as well as the rules of any platforms you access. The service must not be used for unlawful activity, including cyberattacks, fraud, privacy violations, distributing illegal content, or intellectual property infringement.
Do not use the service to scan or attack other networks, send malicious traffic, disrupt other users’ connections, or access systems without authorization. You are responsible for all content you upload, download, or transmit. If your account is compromised or your subscription link is exposed, stop the affected use and explain the situation in a support ticket so it can be investigated.
Availability and Limitation of Liability
Connection quality depends on your local network, carrier routing, device settings, the destination website’s policies, and route maintenance. YuyuVPN does not guarantee a specific speed, latency, or uninterrupted connection. If you experience a problem, check the troubleshooting guide first, then submit the time it occurred, your network, client, and any error message.
Maintenance, upstream network changes, or circumstances beyond our control may cause interruptions. Support and adjustments will be provided as appropriate. Keep your own copies of important data and do not rely on this service as the sole means of supporting critical operations. Bans, content changes, and transaction disputes involving third-party platforms must be handled under their rules. This section does not exclude liability required by applicable law or limit any rights you have under that law.
Refund Requests and Processing
You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your first payment. Sign in to the user panel and submit your request through the support ticket portal, including the order details needed for verification. No troubleshooting evidence is required for a refund request made within this period. Do not include your password or full subscription link in a ticket.
Refund requests are reviewed to verify account ownership and the associated order. Updates on processing and payment-channel matters will be provided through the support ticket. No delivery timeframe is promised on this page. Once a refund is completed, the associated paid service benefits end. If you have an order dispute, add the details to the original ticket. These terms do not affect any refund rights provided by applicable law.
Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
If you engage in unlawful use, resell or share the service, attack networks, or otherwise seriously violate these terms, YuyuVPN may restrict the relevant connections, suspend your account, or terminate it, as appropriate. Any necessary risk response does not prevent further investigation. If you disagree with an action, submit an explanation through a support ticket. Orders and refunds remain subject to this page and applicable law.
If the service scope or rules change, this page will be updated and the month of the last update revised. Changes that materially affect user rights will be explained through an on-site announcement or a notice in the user panel. Review updates before continuing to use the service.
