YUYUVPN / SETUP
Subscription and connection guide
Set up your account and subscription in the panel, then import them into a client. Finally, test access in practice rather than relying on the connection status alone.
Create an account and save your login details
Open the account creation page in the YuyuVPN user panel and follow the prompts to enter a username and password. No email address is required; a username and password are all you need. Choose a username you’ll recognize, and use a password that you don’t reuse on other sites. Before submitting the form, check for any extra spaces.
Once you’re in the panel, first make sure it shows the account you just created. Save your login details in a trusted password manager rather than relying only on browser autofill. You’ll need this same account to get clients on other devices, view your subscription, or submit a support ticket. Your account password and subscription link serve different purposes: client setup usually uses the subscription, not your account password.
If you already have an account, just use the login page. If your username is taken or the form displays an error, correct the relevant field rather than creating another account. If you can’t access the panel, see the account help in the Help Center. Once your account is ready, choose the billing option that suits you.
Start FreeChoose a plan and check the billing terms
Open the plans page in the panel and choose a monthly subscription or a traffic package based on how often you use the service. Monthly subscriptions suit regular use, with data resetting each month on the activation date. Traffic packages suit occasional use: the data lasts until it’s used and never expires. Decide whether you need data on a fixed billing cycle or a balance with no expiry date, then compare the options instead of looking only at the upfront cost.
Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Traffic packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. See the plans and pricing page for full details. Using multiple devices at once draws from the same account allowance, so consider how you use your computer, tablet, and other devices rather than treating each as a separate data allowance.
After choosing a plan, check the plan name, data allowance, amount, and billing method on the order confirmation page, then follow the prompts to pay. Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported; follow the instructions shown for your order. When payment is complete, return to the panel to check your order and plan status. Don’t assume the plan is active just because you closed the payment page, and don’t submit the same order again before its status is confirmed.
YuyuVPN offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund policy. See the Terms of Service for the applicable rules. If you upgrade a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days; review the calculation shown in the panel before confirming. If payment is complete but your plan status hasn’t updated, keep your order details and explain the issue in a panel support ticket. Once the plan is active, get your subscription.
Choose this planGet your subscription and prepare to import it
Open the account overview in the user panel and confirm that the plan and data status match your order. Find the subscription options, then choose an import method for the client you plan to use. The panel may let you copy a link or open it in a client; use the options actually shown rather than looking for a button with the exact wording in this guide.
The subscription link lets your client retrieve its route configuration. Paste it into the client's subscription URL field, not a search box, and don’t treat it like a regular webpage bookmark. If the panel offers automatic import, your system may ask whether to open a client. Continue only if the relevant client is installed and you’ve confirmed the request came from the current panel. If it doesn’t open automatically, you can still copy the link and import it manually.
The subscription URL may contain account-linked parameters, so keep it as secure as your login details. Don’t post the full link in public forums, include it in screenshots, or share it with unknown tools. If you need help from support, describe the steps you took and the error message, and hide the subscription parameters first. The example below shows the URL format only; it is not a working subscription and should not be copied into a client for testing:
https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN
After copying the link, keep the panel open and follow the next section to install a client. If a chat app breaks the link across lines, removes parameters, or the client says the format isn’t recognized, copy it again from the panel and check that the import format matches the client. For help diagnosing subscription update issues, see Troubleshooting. For now, continue with the standard import steps.
Open the account overviewImport the client for your platform
First, sign in to the panel downloads page, choose the client for your operating system, and read the installation instructions provided there. You can sign in to get a client for Windows, macOS, Android, or Linux without an active paid plan; you’ll still need to check your plan status to get a usable subscription. Check the panel for iOS download eligibility. Don’t download similarly named installers from unfamiliar sites.
Windows: Add a subscription in configuration settings
Use the Windows desktop client provided in the panel that supports subscription imports. After installing and opening it, look for a page labeled “Configuration,” “Subscription,” or something similar. Choose Add or Import from URL, then paste the full subscription address copied from the panel. If a name is required, use a label that’s easy to recognize; it’s just a label and can’t replace the subscription address.
Save, then refresh or download the configuration. When routes appear in the list, the client has read the subscription. Select that configuration as the active one, then open the connection page. If you’re prompted to authorize network access the first time you launch the app, first confirm that it came from the panel download. Avoid running other proxy apps at the same time, as they may override each other’s system proxy settings.
macOS: Import and select the active configuration
Choose the macOS desktop client on the panel downloads page and open it using the standard installation process. The import option is often in configuration management in the main window or menu bar. Choose Add Subscription from URL, paste the link, and save. If you use the panel’s automatic import option, return to the client afterward and confirm that the new configuration appears in the list.
Seeing routes in the list doesn’t mean they’re enabled. Select the configuration you just imported, then check the connection status and system proxy options. If macOS asks you to confirm network permissions, read the prompt before proceeding. If the system warns that the installer can’t be verified, first confirm that you downloaded it from the site’s panel. Don’t copy and run system commands from unknown sources just to continue installation. For installation help, see the Help Center.
Android: Add a subscription and allow the connection
Use the Android client provided in the panel and follow your device’s prompts to install it. Open the app, go to configuration or subscription management, choose Add from URL, then paste the copied address into the relevant field and save. Before returning to the home screen, refresh the configuration and confirm the routes have loaded. Then choose the route for the region you want to connect to.
When you connect for the first time, Android usually displays a VPN connection authorization prompt. This is a system step that allows the client to handle the relevant network traffic. Confirm you’re using the client you just installed before allowing it. If another VPN connection is active on your device, disconnect it before trying again. Disconnections in the background are a separate issue: first verify the connection with the app open, then follow the mobile guidance in Troubleshooting.
iOS: Get and import a client from the panel
On your iOS device, sign in to the panel downloads page and follow the prompts to get a compatible client. The panel determines iOS download availability and eligibility. If you don’t see an available download, read the panel’s instructions rather than using an installer for another platform. The steps here apply to an iOS client that supports subscription configurations; check the panel for the client name and how to get it.
After installation, try the import option provided by the panel, or add the link manually in the client’s subscription manager. Save and refresh the subscription, then check that the route list appears. When you connect, iOS may ask to allow a VPN configuration and confirm it on your device. Follow the system prompts; don’t enter your device passcode on a webpage. Once the import is complete, continue with the connection check below.
Connect to a route and check that it works
Select the configuration you just imported, choose a region from the route list, and connect. For the initial check, leave the client’s default rules in place and don’t change DNS, routing, or advanced modes at the same time. That way, if something goes wrong, you can tell whether the import failed, the route wouldn’t connect, or the app’s traffic isn’t going through the client, instead of having to investigate several changed settings at once.
First, confirm that the client status changes from disconnected to connected. Then open the website or app you actually want to use. Compare access before and after connecting, and use a trusted exit IP lookup to check whether the relevant requests are going through the selected route. Don’t assume every app is covered just because the client says connected; in split-tunnel mode, some traffic may keep using your regular network as intended by the rules.
If a website works in your browser but a particular app still fails, fully close and reopen the app, then check whether it has its own proxy settings. If websites load but show the wrong region, account region settings, content licensing, or app cache may be involved; switching routes repeatedly may not help. For information about streaming regions and content access, see unblocking support. Access depends on the response from the service at the time.
Once the connection is verified, you can sign in to the panel on other devices, get a client, and import the subscription. YuyuVPN has no limit on simultaneous devices, but each device needs its own authorization and connection check. Keep an eye on the remaining data when devices share an account. Don’t publicly share your account password or full subscription link. When updating a subscription, keep the existing configuration where possible to avoid importing it more than once and selecting the wrong active configuration.
If it still doesn’t work, note your operating system, client name, connection region, when the issue occurred, and the error message. Specify whether you can’t connect at all or are connected but can’t open a particular app. Then follow the relevant steps in Troubleshooting. If you need help, submit these details through a support ticket in the panel. Before sharing screenshots, hide sensitive account details and subscription URLs to avoid exposing access credentials.
