SERVICE NOTES
When choosing a service, start with the apps you need, the devices you use, and how often you connect. YuyuVPN puts connection, subscription, and refund details in one place so you can review them before getting started.
To assess performance during peak hours, open the apps you normally use at your usual times rather than relying only on a connection indicator. Video streaming, file transfers, and persistent connections in development tools place different demands on a route. With YuyuVPN, start with a region supported by your target service, then save the routes that deliver the most consistent access. If things slow down, pause other downloads, compare an alternate route, and check whether your local network is also running slowly. Performance can vary with your ISP, the destination website, and network conditions. If problems persist, submit a support ticket with the time it happened and your client details.
YuyuVPN uses bank-grade encryption to protect data in transit. An encrypted connection and the security of your account on a destination website are separate things; one does not replace the other. Always check the website address, keep your password secure, and follow your client’s connection prompts. Subscription details grant access to your account, so import them only on devices you use. Don’t post them publicly or include them in screenshots without masking them. If you need help, share the error message without including your full subscription URL. For details on data handling and service limitations, see the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
YuyuVPN supports unlimited devices online at once across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Configure the desktop and mobile devices you use without repeatedly disconnecting to switch between them. System permissions, proxy settings, and background policies can vary by device, so import the subscription and verify access on each one. Unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data; consider the combined usage of all devices when choosing a plan. If one device can’t connect, compare it with other devices on the same network, then check its client settings.
When using AI coding tools such as Cursor, check more than whether the website opens: verify editor requests, account login, and continuous output too. YuyuVPN offers international routes, so you can choose an exit region supported by the service you want to use. Before connecting, check the tool’s service availability and account requirements, then confirm that the client routes the app’s traffic. A working browser connection doesn’t mean your editor or command line will use the same network settings automatically. If requests fail, compare an alternate route using the same task. Eligibility, usage limits, and access rules are set by the tool itself.
Streaming catalogs and playback eligibility vary by region, account, and platform policies. After choosing a YuyuVPN route, open the target platform, check the title page, and try playing the content you want to watch. Opening the homepage doesn’t guarantee every title will play, and a region shown on the page may reflect an earlier session. If you see a region warning, check the exit region and start a fresh session according to the platform’s rules. Don’t assume access based on a route name alone. Video quality and playback consistency also depend on your local network, device, and platform plan. See the streaming access guide for ways to check.
YuyuVPN offers a 14-day refund policy. To evaluate the service, test your usual network, everyday apps, and devices rather than judging it by a single successful connection. Monthly plans suit ongoing use; data plans let you use the allowance as needed. Check the data reset and validity rules before choosing. To request a refund, submit your request through the user panel’s support ticket system and keep your order details handy. The full refund terms are listed in the Terms of Service. For connection issues, try the troubleshooting guide before deciding whether to continue.
REGIONS & ROUTES

Choose a route based on the target service’s region requirements, then compare actual access. A nearby location can be a useful place to start, but distance alone doesn’t determine performance. If a website works but an app doesn’t, check whether the app is using the proxy settings. If everything is slow, compare your local network with an alternate route. When switching routes, keep the test content consistent so you don’t mistake changes on the destination website for a route issue.

In the user panel, first check your account and plan status, then go to the downloads area for the client and subscription. After importing the subscription, make sure the route list appears, choose a suitable region, and connect. If your system requests connection permission, confirm which client is requesting it and follow the prompts.
For your first setup, verify the connection on one device before configuring others. After opening the target website in a browser, test the apps you actually use too; development tools, video apps, and command-line tools may use different network settings. Before changing clients or importing the subscription again, note your current settings so you can identify what caused an issue if it occurs. See the setup guide for the full process. If you still can’t connect, continue with the troubleshooting guide.
PLANS & TRAFFIC
Choose a data tier based on how you use the service. Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date; data plans last until used and never expire. Every plan supports unlimited devices online at once and accepts Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT.
¥9.9 / month
A good fit for web browsing and research, with occasional checks of your remaining data.
¥18 / month
For a mix of everyday work and streaming, accounting for usage across both desktop and mobile devices.
¥28 / month
For frequent video streaming, file transfers, or a larger data allowance across multiple devices.
Data resets monthly on your activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Suggested uses are only a guide; actual data use depends on what you access and how you use it.
¥158 / 300GB · ¥358 / 1000GB · ¥658 / 3000GB
Data plans last until used and never expire. If you only need access while traveling, researching, or working on a specific project, compare plans based on your expected usage. For regular, ongoing access, consider the monthly reset schedule. Don’t choose a tier based only on the number of devices: the same devices can use very different amounts of data for video, file syncing, and basic browsing.
Before choosing a plan, check data usage for the apps you use most and account for background activity such as automatic updates and cloud syncing. Once you start using the service, check your subscription and data usage in the user panel. If usage doesn’t match your expectations, first check which apps are transferring data rather than assuming you need a larger plan. Prices, billing details, and refund information are listed together on the plans page for easy comparison.

Yes. You can use unlimited devices online at once. Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux are supported, and each device needs its own client setup. Unlimited devices doesn’t mean unlimited data, so consider the combined usage across all your devices when choosing a plan. If only one device has a problem, check its permissions and proxy settings first.
Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date, making it suitable for regular use. Data plans last until used and never expire, which suits occasional or unpredictable use. If you upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Check your everyday app usage, then compare the relevant tiers. See the plans page for full pricing and billing details.
First, check that the target service supports your current exit region, then make sure the app is using the client’s connection settings. Browser access doesn’t mean other apps will automatically use the same settings. Streaming catalogs, account eligibility, and access to AI tools are determined by their respective platforms. Keep the test content the same when comparing an alternate route, and note the exact error message.
Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are accepted, and a 14-day refund policy is available. To request a refund, explain what you need through the user panel’s support ticket system and include the relevant order details. See the Terms of Service for the full rules. For connection issues, you can also include your operating system, client, when the issue occurred, and a screenshot of the error with sensitive details obscured.
